The house was built in the 1960s. We call it VILLA64, because Scharnitz is located at 964m above sea level and in 1964 the Olympic Winter Games took place in Innsbruck/Seefeld i.T.. We have carefully renovated the country house and furnished it in the style of the 60s. All original floors, for example, have been preserved and restored.
On 250 m2 there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a separate dining room. The spacious rooms are suitable for families and groups of up to 10 people. All 4 bedrooms on the second floor are equipped with a sink. The master bedroom has a bathroom and a private balcony. The first floor bedroom has a handicapped accessible bathroom and access without steps.
The kitchen has a well-equipped interior and a cozy corner bench with indirect lighting. Living room and dining room take on the atmosphere of the sixties. The library can be used as an accessible guest room, reading room or a study for home office.
The living room takes you back in time to 1964, when the Winter Olympics were held in Seefeld in Tyrol.
The master bedroom has a directly connected bathroom and its own balcony with impressive views of the Hoher Gleirsch.

As we all know, the kitchen is one of the most popular living rooms. Ours is spacious and well equipped - from snacks to extensive menus, everything can be prepared here. And if you want to eat in the kitchen as well, you can make yourself comfortable at the kitchen table.
Shared meals, good conversations, spending a pleasant time. For this, the dining room and salon offer enough space and a stimulating atmosphere.
The house has a total of 3 bathrooms. One is located barrier-free on the first floor, the other two on the 1st floor.
Die Aufnahmen stammen noch von der Zeit vor dem Umbau. Unverändert bleibt aber weiterhin dieser atemberaubende Ausblick auf den Hohen Gleirsch bestehen.
In addition to these rooms for your exclusive use, the basement area is available to all guests of the AuraKarwendel. You will also find there a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The garden around the house can be used by all guests.
