The train station is only a 5 minutes walk away. 
We have to superchargers for EVs in the garage.

You can check in from 16:00 via self-check-in. You will receive all the necessary information from us the day before your arrival, including the key code. 

On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your apartment by 11:00 at the latest.

Your dog is very welcome here. Please inform us in advance and note that there is a fee for your furry friend. 

Bed and sofa are taboo for your dog. 

It is not permitted to leave your dog alone in the house. 

Your beds are freshly made and you will of course be provided with towels and tea towels. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and washing-up liquid are also provided. 

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. we ask you to rest at night out of consideration for the other guests and the neighbors. 

We ask you to separate your waste according to our collection systems. 

Our tap water is of the best quality. You can drink it without hesitation.
