CHALET21
Traditional chalet atmosphere combined with modern design.
CHALET21 is part of the 21m long extension that complements the old house in the style of a traditional but contemporary interpreted barn. Inside, modern design meets selected pieces of different styles.
The 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen with integrated bar are spread over 2 floors, tailored to the needs of (patchwork) families and work teams. From the terrace and the spacious balcony you look at the mountain peaks of the Karwendel mountains.
The double-story maisonette conveys on the first floor with its high ceiling (3.8 m), spacious kitchen, living and dining area, a generous and at the same time protected atmosphere - a suitable location for family gatherings, but also for corporate events, seminars or creative exchange of ideas.
The staircase leads to the second floor, which has 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms and an open, inviting lounge with balcony. If needed, the "Juchhe" can also be used as another sleeping option for 2 people.
CHALET21 and LOFT21 can be connected by opening the double doors.
We call it CHALET21 because it is 21m long and symbolically shows us the way into the 21st century.
High ceilings, high-quality furnishings, concrete in matt black: the open kitchen in industrial design with integrated bar invites you to spend evenings cooking together - but the spacious kitchen is also ideal for caterings.
The generous dining and living area offers space for larger (even smaller) families and work teams. In order to also create a suitable space for workshops and seminars, we have placed great emphasis on state-of-the-art multimedia equipment. The large window front with a view of the impressive mountains provides access to the terrace.
On the ground floor there is a double room - the play with colors and elements from the 1970s gives it a very special character.
High ceiling, black walls and a chandelier - the accessible bathroom on the first floor creates a club feeling.
Wake up to the sun and start the day with a bath. The master bedroom in CHALET21 has an integrated bathroom.
There's also a room with bunk bed upstairs, which also has a workspace.
Next to the single room is another bathroom, which has a shower, toilet and sink.
The lounge area on the upper floor with spacious balcony terrace is another living area that invites you to have inspiring conversations or simply relax and enjoy the view.
In addition to these rooms for your exclusive use, the basement area is available to all guests of the AuraKarwendel. You will also find there a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The garden around the house can be used by all guests.
