A loft evokes many associations. Our LOFT21 welcomes guests with a column-free 5 m long cantilever structure towards the forecourt. Built with sustainable materials and modern interior design.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a freestanding eat-in kitchen are the ideal space for families or smaller groups. The "Juchhe" - a recessed gallery - accommodates an additional 2 to 4 people and, together with the wood-burning stove, provides an elegant cottage feel.
By opening the double doors, LOFT21 and CHALET21 can be connected. This creates a large house for families and groups if needed.
We call it LOFT21 because the building is 21 meters long and symbolically shows us the way into the 21st century.
The open kitchen and living area invites you to spend a good time. The highlight is the comfortable seating window with a view of the Mühlberg.
The master bedroom offers access to the balcony and a directly connected bathroom.
Like all bedrooms in the new building, this double room faces east - carefully selected design elements such as our vintage lamps create a stylish atmosphere.
The separate bathroom is located right next to the bedroom.
In addition to these rooms for your exclusive use, the basement area is available to all guests of the AuraKarwendel. You will also find there a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The garden around the house can be used by all guests.
